The pricing sheet provides a customized financial resource that maintains the development’s upscale positioning through clear, actionable leasing information for prospective residents. The Harlan

Hines real estate firm is developing "The Harlan," a luxury apartment complex situated near the Briarwood Mall area just south of the University of Michigan’s main campus. Our strategic objective was to build brand awareness and local partnerships, bridging the gap between the property’s off-campus location and the university community. By conducting research into the Ann Arbor housing market, we ensured that the branding and future activations directly addressed student priorities.
