The Stamps building at the University of Michigan lacks effective wayfinding and directional systems, making it difficult for students, faculty, and visitors to navigate the space. Users struggle to locate specific studios, student services, and facilities, leading to confusion, lateness, and underutilization of available resources. This proposal addresses these challenges through a comprehensive wayfinding system that includes an icon system, signage, and environmental graphics to create a more intuitive, accessible, and cohesive navigation experience.
